Maleva Betoon OÜ, an experienced construction company specializing in concrete and installation works as well as engineering structures in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, is looking for new specialists to join its continuously growing team.

We are looking for the following specialists:

For projects in Sweden:

• SITE MANAGERS
• PROJECT MANAGERS
• QUALITY MANAGER
• HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER (HSE)
• STEEL STRUCTURE INSTALLERS
• WELDERS
• REBAR WORKERS
• CARPENTERS-CONCRETE WORKERS

For the Baltic countries:

• SITE MANAGERS
• PROJECT MANAGERS
• REBAR WORKERS
• CARPENTERS-CONCRETE WORKERS

From a construction specialist, we expect:

• Relevant education or work experience
• Knowledge of Estonian and/or Russian
• Willingness and ability to do physical work in a team
• Responsibility and precision

From technical engineering staff, we expect:

• Relevant higher education or ongoing studies
• Ability to use computer programs
• Knowledge of Estonian, Russian and English; basic Finnish or Swedish is a plus
• Category B driving license
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independence and decision-making ability
